Ok, so I haven't been writing today since I was working on a paper (done now, yay!). Time to catch up. Today was Day 6, Week 1. Went pretty well food wise. Although we bought these mini candy canes at the store last night b/c you can have 3 for only 35 calories and they're addicting! Oh well, on the plus side we also bought one of those huge jars of large pickles, which I love, and are a "free" snack! Didn't get in as much exercise as I'd hoped today, but we did take the dogs to a park and walked their trail (1.2) mi briskly. Just didn't have time with this 10 page paper. So I'm going tomorrow, I've already missed not going. And I did the rowing machine for 10 minutes on Saturday, and really feel it in my shoulder today, so at least I know it's working! Tomorrow is Day 7 and should be easy to handle since I'm not planning on going anywhere. Do need to go to the store tomorrow to get food for week 2. Can't wait to weigh on Tuesday!

do you feel like the scale is moving? I always notice as soon as I wake up in the morning. When I feel like that I KNOW I've something! It sounds like you are doing all the right things to stay on track. I can't believe it's been 6 days already for you!!
