On the road. Exercise is difficult this week. Hurt foot a couple weeks back, doing a boot camp. Not healing quickly. Doesn't hurt all the time, but when it decides to hurt, I can't hardly walk on it. Think I bruised the ball of the foot, and maybe did a bit of tendon damage (as sometimes something snaps, clicks, pulls in there). Decided to take the exercise down a notch, and stick to 30 minutes per day. We'll see if the foot gets better, or the weight loss stops. Have a long day tomorrow, but includes flying back home to arrive about 10:30 pm. Will be able to weigh myself on Friday, and see how this week measured up.
