Keep at it! Boy, the calories add up quick. But, I've been diligent and being mindful of what I'm eating. I've been working hard on the exercise end and working out for an hour four days a week. The muscles are coming back. My endurance is picking up, too. Now, if all that will just start translating into a loss on the scale....
