OK, bad day today. Had a horrible couple of days at work and when I got home tonight, I went to the freezer and got out the frozen chocolate chip cookie dough out!! I made a couple cookies for the kids and I ate one. Felt better after that! Have tried really hard this week, didn't exersize as much, but have watched what I have eaten. I will weigh in tomorrow and go from there.
