HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
So... I'm better, much better today. I had a great workout at the gym last night and when I went to shower, I noticed some definition in my abs and thighs!!! OMG You guys were right!!! I must be losing inches and finally toning up! This morning I put on a pair of slacks that were fitting really snug and they are loose now! It is definitely time to throw the scale right out of the window! I have not re-measured myself yet, I think I will wait until the end of the month to do that to see if the numbers have changed.
I can't tell you how much all the comments and words of encouragement I have been getting mean to me. It really is motivation to keep pressing. I am full speed ahead now... NO STOPPING!!!
