Since my husband and I started this keto journey our weight just has been going down a bit and then up a bit, down and up. I would like to ask y'all that have been doing this a while, what's been the one thing you've done to be successful in your journey and get results? THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS!!!

Hi Kroe - I went through about a month long stalemate around my second month. I did 3 things that seemed to finally help move the scale number down. 1) I cut about 100-200 calories out per day (I gave up a majority of my wine intake) 2) Increased the intensity (not duration) of my workouts by increasing my reps and resistance, and 3) DRANK MORE WATER ( I went from 34 ounces to 103 ounces). I pee a lot now...LOL, but I finally see steady drops. I also got a tape measure and that really helps, especially on those days when the scale has a mind of its own. Even if the number is up, I can say "yeah, but I lost 2 inches around my waist and 2 inches on hips" and it lets me know I'm on the right track. I hope this helps!
