When I got on the scales today, I knew it wouldn't be pretty, have been basically undieting over the last month or so and therefore it was not unexpected. Am going to do the fatbuster strictly for a full week now just to try and get me back to my preferred fighting weight of 158. Also healthy habits need to be re-established: no cookies at work, no potato chips with drinks, no candy just for something sweet. Have been keeping up the walking throughout which is gratifying.
