This was not a good week, hurt my back and barely moved. Mostly relied on other to give me food, not always what I asked for, but I didn't want to complain. Muscle relaxers and pain meds, don't like it at all. How did I do it, yoga, lifting weights, nope pulling weeds. Life is funny. I'm starting to feel better gonna loose back those few pounds.
