Was a crazy day yesterday, starting at 3 a.m. so that could leave for the airport by 4. A full schedule of meetings all day, which were very productive. I was able to stick to healty food choices. It helped that I didn't schedule any meetings over meal times! Ran 5 miles, at hotel. (Nice workout facilities at this location.) Anyway... it was a good day in all aspects, except of course, being away from home.
Today is fine. Meetings are going well; food has been within limits. Not sure about a workout tonight, as pretty tired. But intend to run at least 30 minutes. (Would be nice if I could go longer...)
