Lazy cook recipe that I did on a salad after reviewing multiple recipes, I use the closer thing i can find on fatsecret for a rough estimate of calories , plus post my dressing
Watermelon and Feta Cheese salad:
1 english cucumber/ Skin and cut into slices one smaller-medium pre cut watermelon from Deli cut water melon into cubes 1 red onion, can use a sweet onion chop a little bit of onions to taste a package of cubes feta cheese, or buy whole and cut into cubes
mixed to together in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper
& I used Ken's Red Wine and Vingar Salad dressing
It is delicious, there are different versions on the internet , you can make according to your taste
