My unofficial weight this morning is 102.7kg.
I knew I'd see a drop after yesterday but I'm surprised that it dropped into the 102's in just a day after having that much chicken breyani on Sunday.
My focus to keep fibre high on the weekend probably made a difference so I'm happy with this.
I'll love to see myself drop into the 101's this week :D
