Weigh in day tomorrow....
I added up my calorie counts for the last week and divided by seven. I came in at an average of 2206 per day, courtesy of my one REALLY bad day, and one over-but-not-crazy-ridiculous-over day. That's, on average, 500 calories over my current RDI each day, which I've set at 1700.
I am guessing I'll see a bit of a gain tomorrow, as my BMR for my weight is 1826. It would have helped if I could have gotten out to walk, but it's been COLD here, and rainy. We're possibly looking at snow this weekend.
Whatever I see on the scale tomorrow, it's just a blip and I'm in it to win it. No matter what!
