Increased exercise everyday, deleted all bread, zero alcohol, weight is moving down fast...
180.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

have you tried the lchf way of eating ? its similar to what you're talking about ...thats why I got this app to track my Fat and Carbs Very useful 😀

Yes but i'm not 100% with it 'cos I exercise a lot and get very hungry with no carbs ! My wife does that but she does'nt exercise at all….still, it works for her ! Thanks for the comment, all advice is more than welcome :)
