ugh, took in way too much fat today. i havent been feeling well and my 1 yr old is teething, so i've had a rough day. hopefully tomorrow will be easier. although i did eat more saturated fat than i had planned on, i guess its still better than sneaking a cracker or cereal and breaking my diet rules.
