OH! I finished my 10,000 swings yesterday morning!! YIPEE!!
I had home made indian food again last night and have a little retention hanging around today. ugh! So hitting the salad again today for lunch...I'll actually have that each day this week, just like last week.
Anyway, things are good, food is planned, workouts are on track and everything is as it should be right now.
Gonna make doc appt to start weaning off of my Wellbutrin cause I don't think I need it anymore. :-)
