never followed well over the weekend...most of that weight loss was a result of surgery anyway...boo...
8:30 yogurt and blueberries coffee 11:30 salad and veggie juice 3:30 chile lime chicken burger, 1/2 cup beans 6:00 1 cup brown rice, spinach, mushrooms
I have never really looked at the exercise becasue I always thought I was doing more than what is suggested in the book...but I might be wrong...today it says 35 minutes in the am and 30 minutes in the pm. Today I usually do 60 minutes spin but the kids have swimming and basketball which screws things up. I will have to workout later this evening.
