I was very weak at work this week. I gave in to doughnuts and tacos just binging out. but my mom babysat this evening, so I ran 2 miles and lifted weights. That was fun! I miss my baby though.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
