Multiplicity1's Journal, 26 January 2012

Didn't like my shiny first post so I decided to list what I could do instead of eating
1. Clean my house which is a mess
2. Crosstitch the thirty kits I have.
3. Walk in the rain
4. Journal about my feelings
5. Go on to this site and talk about my temptations before I eat
6. Read my Kindle or the hundreds of books I have in my apt.
7. Call a friend for help
8. Sort my coupons and cut them out
9. Pray
10. Read my Bible
11. Drink some more water
12. Call my counselor
13. Play with my dog
14. Teach my dog some new tricks
15. Do Soduko or word search puzzles
16. Do the laundry
17. Buy some new books with my gift card
18. Do an exercise video
19. Write some affirmations
20. Take a relaxing bath
21. Write a gratitude list
22. Read my long list of why I want to lose weight
23. Look up some new Atkins recipes
24. Make a list of all the good things. about me
25 Thank God for this program and my buddies
Now I have this list whenever I'm tempted to cheat again
Have a terrific Friday!

I do a lot of those things sitting down. Sounds like you need a list of fun and relaxing things too. Thanks for the good wishes.

Looks like a great list of things to do. Thanks for posting on my journal but I haven't been as diciplined as I used to be. Trying to get back there little by little. Have a good weekend!

Wow hun, looks like you have a wonderful list here to keep you on track. It might help keeping a copy on the fridge so you can see before reaching inside. Take care sweetie and thanks for stopping by my journal. Have missed you.
