Salad Days Diet:

I'm doing my version of the Alt-Day Diet. Diet days will be a garden salad and fruit only. Instead of using current weight for non-diet day calorie count I'll use goal weight for calorie count calculation: 200x12 = 2400. Instead of 20% I'll 30% for diet day calorie calculation: 2400x30% = 720. I will shoot for 2000 calorie daily limit with a 400 calorie upper tolerance. I will eliminate grains since I believe that is cause of my weight problem. This will look much like the Paleo-Diet on my non-diet days.
