Ate more calories today than I have in a long time. Still within the "ok" range, at mid-1200s, but I feel better when I keep the calories at 1000. Did a one-hour boot camp with daughter tonight. I have not participated in one of those before. Exhausting, but rewarding. Know I used different muscles than typical workout, and muscle confusion is good for keeping the metabolism going!
Head out on a 6 a.m. flight, for a two-day conference in KC, and then, home finally late Wednesday. Which means weigh in Thursday morning.

Boot camp workouts are a killer, good work on switching up your exercise routine - something I need to do more often!
