Ideal Weight's Journal, 22 March 2017

Do any of you guys ever feel stressed out from not feeling hungry? I know that sounds weird, but sometimes, like today, I ate my meals like normal, but since I've eaten supper right around 5pm, I haven't felt hungry yet. GAH!!!! I'm sure it's from my body acclimating to eating less, but honestly it sometimes gives me anxiety. I think it's because I've focused on 'live to eat' for so long, I'm used to shoveling it in out of habit.

Now I'm focusing instead on eating because I'm hungry. It must probably be a little like quitting smoking... That's about the extent of my depth tonight. LOL. Insightful, right?

Happy Hump Day everyone!!!! That means I'm halfway(ish) to my next weigh in. Woot!

Don't feel stressed like you mention, but (and this is true especially on weekends when my schedule isn't quite as set as on weekdays) I found myself at 2:00PM and feeling kinda shaky and a bit nauseous and then realize I have had no food that day. Not until go on and eat something do I realize how hungry I actually was. It has been surprising easy to stay below my RDI in calories. I look back at what I was eating before I started tracking as am like, "How did I do that?"
