Starting again after 2 years. Have been up and down in that time and have managed to get down to 66.5kgs in the last 6 weeks, but keen to get to 62kgs. I have been keeping a food diary for the last 6 weeks, and have hit a plateau. I still carry significant fat around my middle (37inch waist with 36 inch hips). So still at risk. The next phase is to work up to walking at least 40 minutes a day. And do more incidental exercise. I'm an hour away from the nearest gym/pool so that's not an option.
