based on my daily caloric deficiency based on food intake and activities only measured at the gym, versus the weight loss, i estimated about 3,000 kcal burned to lose one pound.

So if I am to lose 2 pounds in a week, then I should be around 900 kcal deficit average per day.

i suspect that this week will be a bit tougher but we shall see.

interesting experiment at any rate.

ANY loss is a win! 1-2 lbs a week is doable and a healthy way to go. LOTS of veggies! My Dr. said- Protein 50%, Carbs 40% and fat 10%. Hopefully this works and sticks this time. Thanks for joining me on this challenge!
