Cup if coffee and a shower, everything is good again. Headache rates a 1 or 2 on the pain scale. Not hungry. Might go for a walk.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
