Slow change, steady weight.
I just realized that I might be doing my body fat measurements incorrectly. I use the calculator at: http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy
I use the narrowest of my abdomen area, but I'm not sure that this is the waist. And, I use the widest part of my body, but I'm not sure that this is the hip. I think I might stop doing my monthly body fat measurements. It is starting to feel like a chore now. I'm not sure, though. I've been doing these measurements since 2013.
Maybe it's because I see no changes. Lol.
