School starts today so back to ultra busy days. I hope I can stay the course with no quicky foods and eat healthy. I am taking lunches with me and not letting myself have an excuse to stop for a bad food. Also hitting the gym for a change 2x daily. Mornings do walking then evenings toning. GOt to get this weight off no more bouncing around 240. Don't get anywhere that way.
