Hello there!
I had a baby four weeks ago, so it's time to shed the pounds. I'm mostly vegan, so I'm eating a lot of fruit. Smoothies are a go - to, here's one recipe:
2 cups frozen spring mix
5 small raw bananas
1 cup frozen navy beans
little bit of water
