Feeling good today. Worked out last night and went after it like a beast! I am not too sore this morning. In my younger years, I was so ultra competitive, I felt that come out last night, it felt good. I thought that part of me was long gone. For the first time this week, I did get hungry. I woke up that way and really noticed it on my drive into work. My caloric intake has been ridiculously low, but up until this morning, I was handling it fine. I'm not looking to starve myself and I will up my intake as necessary.


I am hopeful that the weekend goes well.

what works for me is to eat a huge breakfast, a good lunch, then I don't have ANY cravings, and hardly hungry, don't' really eat a supper.
