My unofficial weight this morning is 101.7kg.
I didnt keep carbs low enough yesterday for my low carb day.
Hopefully the scale is showing some temporary weight of last night's supper and will digest.
I am really keen to hit below the 100kg mark for my weigh-in tomorrow.
