I went back to CORE from Flex. I really prefer CORE.

That is incedible .... wow!!! Did you exersize more or diffrently or do you think the huge loss is due to switching to core alone?

Yes, to more exercise. I am walking more, trying to increase my steps, and going up and down the stairs as often as possible. Exercise definately helps. I think the huge loss was from switching back from flex to core. On flex, I found myself eating empty calories while doing flex, just to meet my points. On core, I am much more structured. Hope you have a great week. Lets lose a pound!

WOW...how encouraging to all of us...I too want to get below 200 pounds, When I weight 199 I am going to get a new hair do, I think I will have it highlighted. You just helped me set my goal. Thanks!

I, too, want to be under 200. Your reward of a new hairdo is super! When I started Weight Watchers, I bought a new, smaller size dress (which I usually do not wear dresses). Today is my wedding anniversary day and that dress is getting worn tonight for the first time. It is nice to see the difference, and I am looking forward to reaching below 200 too!
