Last night I made a big pot of soup and thankfully this time it was delicious. I got to the gym today and did almost 2 hours of Cardio. I have had nothing but fresh fruit and lots of water so far and I am about to have some of my veggie soup for lunch. So far, so good. I am really going to concentrate on doing what I need to do for now so I can get this weight off and stop whining about it. I am VERY good at maintaining my weight, if I can just focus on losing this last 15 pounds I KNOW I can keep it off.
