My eye has repaired itself nicely, so I'm back in business. Did an off-diet job eating on Valentine's Day yesterday. And today I had some leftovers which were too much protein. Tomorrow will be a different story, I'm determined. I thought I was kind of restaurant proof, but not yet. Company here through Saturday, so I will prepare myself.
