ooch!!! i just got a wii and i must have overdone it!!! man im sore! it said my wii fit age was 60!!!! and this morn ive decided the idiot was right!!!!
now i cant believe how sore i am! i treadmill most morns and do weightbearing xercises, but wow ive found some muscles i musta not been targeting fromsomewhere!!!!
any advice how to recover so i can get back into the thing tomorrow! cheers di

The Wii is definitely a work out. I go to aerobics classes regularly and the Wii can still kick my butt if I don't do it for a while. That age will come down after a while so stick with it. Do a little stretching in the morning or start with some of the yoga exercises and you should be up to a second session.
