cnmontoya2's Journal, 22 January 2010

So my husband is down 20lb from January 4th. A little upsetting since I am only down 5.2lbs however, it's better than nothing! He is also a lot bigger than I am and has a lot more to loose.

This week was a bit of a roller coaster, not so good in the beginning due to some stress from the weekend but then better now. I went to Trader Joe's yesterday (I freaking love that place) and got a bunch of healthy snacks and lunch stuff, which is exciting.

I am a bit surprised I am down 5.2lbs but happy about it at the same time.

My 1/2 marathon training starts tomorrow and I am really excited about it and can't wait to start running again. Espicially because last time I did it I was still smoking intermitently, now with my new job, I am not smoking at all so I should be better than ever.

I am cutting my portions in 1/2 and eating a lot less but I am hungry like every 2 hours and it's hard to eat that often. My husband says he is over feeling unsatisfied after only eating 1/2 of a meal, I am not sadly.

Last night we shared a salad and a chicken club sandwhich on wheat bread (no mayo of course). But I was SO hungry when we got there, I didn't really feel satisfied after that. But we went home and I went to bed and didn't eat anything else, which I was happe about.
