I feel like giving up, I am SOOOOOOO frustrated. I am eating well but apparently not well enough. I am working out alot but there is obviously something not working here. It is so hard to stay focused and keep moving forward when the results aren't showing up. honestly, I am not too sure where to go from here. I think I may actually do phase 1 of Fat smash since I have wanted to do it quite a few times and something always seems tro come up. Maybe if I stop making excuses and just do it along with the workouts, I will finally see results and stop whining;)

oh, you sound like me... last week was the worse for me but here I am, trying again... it's hard but if you don't stick to something long enough, you don't give it time to see results. that's my problem anyway... I get way too upset over dieting and I think we just gotta relax and get with the program!!

I am so there with you! I am ready to say screw it and go back to the way things were! Sometimes you get to a point that you just need to do that, but not us, not today! We can do this, we just need to refocus and push ourselves. I know that I am not eating exactly like I should be and I think that is my problem, like you said maybe it is your too! Hang in there you can do this!

I too am a slow looser and I hear it is also do to the fact that I have been on different diets my whole life so my weight keeps fluctuating. The fat smash diet seems to work for me so I will stick with it, it does get boring eating the same things but the results are rewarding so stick with it and it will eventually come off.

Are you eating the same things every day? Try mixing up your meals a little and also see if you are eating exactly the same amount of calories each day - your body maybe getting use to that certain calorie intake and needs a boost. You may want to write down what you have eaten for the week and it might give you an idea as to why you aren't loosing. Hang in there, I think we have all gotten to that point one time or another.

I wondering if you are not eating enough calories - if you are working out a lot you may need to eat more calories. Hang in there!!
