Though tomorrow is my official weigh day, I have weighed twice this week and lost weight each time for 3 pounds total. Hopeful tomorrow will continue the trend. So grateful to have some movement on the scale in a significant way. I have been working out at least three days a week for an hour each time and cut my food back as well. Thanks to everyone who has commented and supported me along the way. It is a bonus reward!
