Made it through the holidays, but now want to step it up a bit to get these last 20 pounds off. My son is getting married at the end of May, so I really want to be the slim mother-of-the-groom. But I'm having trouble with 'carb creep', nibbling at small quantities of things I should not eat.
Need to get back my steely resolve to just 'say no' to carbs!!
I have cleaned my kitchen of the bad stuff, and I know what works for me. I just need to be disciplined, like I was over the past six months.
