I WENT OVER MY RDA FOR FOOD. I WOKE UP AND WENT TO THE KITCHEN AND ATE A HOSTESS SNO-BALL. I LOOKED DOWN IN MY LAP AND REMEMBERED I WAS ON A DIET. OH MAN DID I HATE TO LOG THAT 350 CALS! BAD LUCK BECAUSE I ALREADY SPLURGED ON PIZZA AT WORK. NOW I HAVE TO CUT BACK A BIT TODAY. THAT'LL TEACH ME NOT TO SLEEP EAT!

If you have sleep eat problems maybe not buying and bringing junk food into the house would solve your night snacking problems. By buying and having it available "tells" your body it's OK to eat it. The main thing is to forgive these mistakes and take off on track again and it sounds as if you are doing it.
