We had a great day!! The sun decided to come out. It was warm enough I didn't need a coat on and could stand and soak up all that vitamin D!!! We enjoyed each other's company, had a wonderful taco salad, later had some yummy ice-cream, and shopped our little hearts out. Me? Oh considering the financial situation I didn't buy much but had a lot of fun helping my mom pick out things!! I am not counting the calories today. Although, other than the ice-cream everything was wise choices. Came home and made some "hamburger soup" ... which I am eating right now!!

Oh ... the Apple Pie ala mode one!! I wanted something with the cake batter flavor but they were OUT!!! That means when we go to Mexico in April I'll be stopping at the Cold Stone Creamery at the Phoenix Airport for my Cake Batter fix!!! LOL!!!

Cake Batter Ice Cream from Cold Stone is my all time favorite!! I have not had it in about a year and half. However; I used to eat it atleast once a week. I used to have a Cold Stone about 5 minutes from my house, now the closest one is about 30 minutes a way....outta site outta mind!!

I have never been to Cold Stone. I am afraid of it! LOL. I am glad there is not one near me. I would definitely use my son as an excuse to treat myself.
