Woke up feeling better than ever! Eating well and losing daily! Walked a good long time yesterday before almost freezing! Reading thru comments I wonder of some of the participants on Atkins know how the plan really works? It is not about starving yourself or counting calories. It is about eating good quality high protein and enough of it that your body burn as if you are a race car on high octane fuel...take away the good fuel and you don't go anywhere!
Even as a menopausal woman who does not enjoy excercise I am losing as long as I eat good protein and lovely salads and veggies. I do enjoy cooking but keep it simple!

Afraid I don't feel much like a race car today, but found your posts helpful. Been on diet for 2 weeks as of today, wiegh in a few minutes. If I could just put my foot on that darn treadmill!
