Whaaaaaat! Yup, gained a couple of pounds during the holidays. But who doesn't cheat right! Well, back to work tomorrow after almost 10 days off. But my new goal is gain some weight so 151 to 153 should be fine. Off to the gym and more kale and spinach!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
