Decided to try this site and app to see how it compares to others I have used. Two years ago I lost 45 pounds in 6 months. But a hamstring injury in the spring of last year derailed me somewhat. I have put 10 pounds back on over the holidays and am looking to get back into the weight loss game once again. Need to drop about 25 more pounds to be at my ideal weight.
