I'm back!Well I actually never left completely.I'm glad the holidays are finally over.I pray they were good for all of you.
As for me,they were rough but I survived!!The highlight and what brought me out of a self-induced depression was meeting my two great-grand children for the first time.
Managed to maintain weight even though I ate and drank too much.Back to tracking and basics for the last week so I have a good start on the new year.
Goals for the year: Look at all the postives in my life and not let the negatives bring me down. Loving myself more. Celebrating life!! Continue on with this healthy way of eating. Work on getting more exercise.
