According to FS i should be eating 2200 calories a day.

Stick with it girl!!! Remember to eat well, eat enough, and be healthy!!! It will come back off but you MUST feed yourself well!!

I know, I know! :] Thank you Carol. I swear, sometimes my buddies give me the simplest, most obvious advice, and its the most valuable! I dont think I have been eating enough during the day, and then when i get home, I've eaten too much. So, I need to work on that.

Say what is right! I'm supposed to be chowing down on 2000 calories and I'm getting pretty satisfied on about 1300. I don't know how I feel about the difference...I guess it isn't really that big a deal. And I hear you with the "not enough in the day/too much at night" thing. That was the hardest for me when I worked evenings. I'd sleep in a bit, putter around the house, have a smoothie, get in a workout and not feel hungry until about 7pm. Right int he middle of a shift! Then I'd get home and stare at the fridge, and pick and pick and pick. All this being said, it's nice to see you here again and you know what works for you...so here's wishing you the best!

They say small meals throughout the day get our metabolisms working most efficiently. Myself? Well typically I eat something every few hours ... it works for me and I usually get hungry that often. Everyone is different though.
