HealthyMeGoal's Journal, 25 October 2016

Wish my saved recipes could be divided rather than having to add it whole. Obviously, if I make a meatloaf I'd like to be able to just add half a piece or a whole piece as I'm not eating the entire baking pan in one go.

Snuck on the scale today (I know, I know) and I'm still headed in the right direction. I'd like a nice, big loss like week one - but I know that's unrealistic. Downward is still downward, though, and I'm clearly losing inches as my jeans are actually feeling a little loose compared to where they were just 10 days ago.

Hi 😜 When you add a recipe it asks for number of servings, I think the calories are then decided into servings, I've only just started to add my own recipes and think this is how it works 😎 I hope that's correct and I haven't made a charley of myself .

what i normally do is first add all the ingredients av used for my meal on FS. after that i get the total for each like carbs, proteins etc. Then i divide it by the number of savings av got from the recipe. Then Voila i create the final product on FS as one serving. When i want to add it to may lunch or dinner sections i can then multiply the serving if av had more.

Yeah, you have to add the number of servings the recipe makes, and then FS automatically calculates the calories per serving, and then from there you can add 1 or 0.5 serving, etc.

I didn't see a section for servings at all, so I just used an excel spreadsheet to calculate what it was per serving and half-serving, then typed it in manually. Uhg. I'll have to see if I can edit it tomorrow.
