Juicing 3rd day - feeling so much energy! if i get hungry in between my juices i'll take bananas or chicory hearts which i have in stock in fridge this week... i am also trying to remember to add flaxseed milled to the juice 2 tbsps...
taking apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon first thing morning and 1 tablespoon before bed... not sure what it does i have to check but it's something i read ...tried it and feels good....drinking plenty of water and making sure my stainless steel bottle is full and i take it around with me...
yesterday managed a 30 min workout from the NTC program + 20 mins of treadmill power walk at 6.5 speed + 2 incline.
