Just a tiny loss but, as Warren says, green arrow good!! Still need to work on getting my walking back up to plan -- sitting in dr. offices is not conducive to moving! (lol)
135.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
