Hi, I am doing OK but am still having pain issues that are causing me not to get enough exercise. Cold weather is arriving today. I probably won't send books out till January, I am being delayed a bit. I am writing offline now too and will do that from now on most of the time. I have to go on a no starch diet to help my arthritis, which is unusual but it should help within a few months...

Never heard of that diet, what kind of foods will you have to stay away from to help with the arthiritis pain?

It is sort of like Atkins but I can have fruit and all vegetables except potatoes, corn and peas. I can have meat too - I suppose dairy too but have to do research and be careful exactly what has starch in it and what doesn't... I am checking the books over again, I am doing the western first, I will do one more edit of each book. Eventually, I have to leave these books in the hands of professional editors once they're accepted by an agent and publisher. I just want to be sure I am sending out the best books as possible out... today laundry was done - tomorrow likely more - or at least by Friday. My friend Bruce had his half-brother move in with him temporarily - he is not in trouble with the law, like I had thought. Bruce's birth mother gave Bruce up, but kept his younger brother - who looks like him but is half Hispanic. Bruce's new girlfriend has moved back in with her parents for now...

That's good, if it is similar to Atkins it will be easy to follow.

I hope so - I will look up the Paleolithic diet and see if I should join that one for more support. I wanted SO much to eat bread last night and I didn't - so I am on my way to better health. Time for a new pain patch this morning... I use ginger capsules for any prolonged nausea it might cause...
