10 mon: 5km run and 20min weights and 0 cal
11 tues: 5km run and whatever i ate
12 wed: 0km run so far and breakfast not fasting purely because i forgot to fast

NEED TO WEIGH MYSELF
can't govern what i can't track

someone tell me why i need to just weigh myself and it over with.
I know im probably 60kgs right now
