About to get on the scale.... Put Atkins to the curb for T-Day.... Too many left overs in the house to let them go to waste even after shoving people out with plates of food. Back on track today though. Curious what the scale damage will be!

173... and I swear I can feel all five pounds of it still stuck in my intestines! Should be easy to shed back to 168.
